Key Responsibilities
- the development of advanced decision science solutions that guide marketing investment decisions across global markets.
- Your primary focus will be building and scaling Dyson’s in-house advanced analytical models including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) media measurement capabilities, Price Elasticity, and forecasting optimize investment ROI and inform strategic planning.
- You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our advanced analytics solutions, from framing business questions, acquiring and engineering data, developing robust econometric and Bayesian models, deploying solutions, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- This role combines technical depth with strategic influence, requiring you to shape Dyson’s investment optimization approach and guide decisions at the highest level.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytical modelling, with at least 3 years in MMM / marketing or pricing analytics.
- 2+ years managing technical advanced analytics team Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through advanced modelling.
- Expert in Python (Scikit-Learn, PyMC, NumPyro) and familiarity with R (Robyn, Prophet).
