Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science
3+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP support, or related roles
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
Understanding of SOX compliance and ITGC requirements
Experience with ERP implementations or major upgrades preferred
Knowledge of finance and accounting processes in a manufacturing environment
Project management experience with Agile or SDLC methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA
Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or Python is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
