Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product costing, supply chain finance, or operations within the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including front-end fab and back-end assembly/test
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and SQL
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles including standard costing and COGS
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into executive-level insights
  • Proven track record of identifying and delivering significant cost savings in a manufacturing environment
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required
