Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis for semiconductor manufacturing operations
- Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
- CPA certification required
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with Hyperion, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proven track record of leading finance teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams
- Experience with SEC reporting and public company requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
