Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day finance leadership and business partnership for the country's operating teams to optimize commercial performance.
- Collaborate with regional finance and business partners to ensure timely delivery of key inputs for business reviews and submissions.
- Analyze monthly forecasts versus actuals for backlog, bookings, and revenue across various segments, providing actionable financial insights on business drivers.
- Communicate key risks and opportunities to identify corrective actions and partner with commercial teams to meet growth targets.
- Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and long-range strategic plans in a matrixed environment.
- Serve as the voice of Finance, supporting Sales and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business results.
- Support the delivery of near and long-term financial objectives while optimizing working capital levels and managing credit risks.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a complex matrix environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling critical information.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Experience in commercial finance partnering is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate business performance into financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
