Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with global account and regional sales teams to increase APJ pipeline and execution consistency.
  • Own regional account penetration and stakeholder engagement, including organizing workshops and site visits.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree plus 8 years of successful sales or business development experience in the semiconductor industry (Bachelor's degree considered).
  • Strong understanding of relevant scientific applications and workflows within the assigned market segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive relationships.
  • Technical expertise relevant to the assigned product portfolio, including Memory, HBM & packaging technology.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing territory business plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% or as required by the business need.
