- Hands-on experience with relevant analytical instruments (e.g., SEM, TEM, FIB, FTIR, mass spectrometry).
- Deep understanding of semiconductor physics, device operation, and failure analysis techniques.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or MATLAB.
- Experience with automated workflows, data analysis, and system integration.
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and training.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Valid passport and driver's license required.
