Key Responsibilities
- To assist engineer in Quality control for Facilities and fab use - UPW, Chemicals, wafers, Fab Environment and Incoming quality check of materials
- Support ad hoc & analysis services to support fab operations
- Planning and control of lab inventory such as wipers, face mask, gloves, PPE, tools consumables and chemicals
- Liaise and support fab engineering modules on requirements for on ad hoc requests
- Planning and coordinate quality assurance monitoring for Facilities and point of use such as chemical, slurry, ultra-pure water, wafer, smif pod, wafer box and IQC per requirements
- Communicate to end user and follow up for OOC/OOS issues
- Manage, maintain and verify functionality of equipment and perform troubleshoot where required
- Planning and control of calibration of equipment in Chemical Lab, such as ICPMS, ICPOES, IC
- Able to perform PM for lab equipment, calibration and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes, safety, and quality.
- Monitor and guide engineers to improve analytical tools and methods
- Update and maintain chemical master list and SDS for Chemical lab
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Processing or equivalent
- 1- 3 years in manufacturing, lab or/ and quality related experience preferred
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Power point, Word
