Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain AMHS performance to ensure maximum up time.
- Diagnosing and troubleshoot system failures in hardware and software components.

- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations with vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Support layout changes and material flow improvements in collaboration with manufacturing and planning teams.
- Lead or support AMHS-related projects including new equipment installation, software updates, and capacity expansion.
- Interface with vendors for system procurement, commissioning, and support agreements.
- Ensure documentation of all changes and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Work with IT, Equipment Engineering, and Facilities to ensure system integration and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience with AMHS in a manufacturing or automation environment (e.g., semiconductor fab, warehouse automation).
- Experience with OEM systems such as Muratec, Daifuku, or SSI Schaefer is a plus.
- Familiarity with MCS, PLCs, and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge automation protocols (e.g., SECS/GEM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work at height using ladders mobile platforms and safety harness
- Ability to work independently and in a team in Standard or swing shift
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (for semiconductor roles).
- Experience with cleanroom AMHS systems (e.g., OHT, stockers, buffer systems).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
