Key Responsibilities

  • Support PVD equipment engineering related activities to achieve operation targets and meet company objectives
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement for Cost, Yield, Productivity and Uptime
  • New Equipment Startup and Relocation to support Production Plan
  • Tool Ownership and accountability for Uptime, Wafers scrap, Parts Management, Equipment Down Memo Reduction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Equipment issues to support daily production
  • Review and optimize equipment maintenance procedures
  • Consumable and spare management ensure adequate provision
  • Participate in technology transfer from motherfab
  • Participate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and generate SSMC BKMs
  • Update of OIs and SOPs to document real and best practices
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning and alignment of schedule with Manufacturing
  • Conduct Training and certification for new PM crew in terms of Hands on and Theory

Requirements

  • Master/ Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering
  • 1-3 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Fresh graduates with keen interests and positive attitude are welcome to apply, training will be provided
  • 5 years' direct experience in PVD equipment for Diploma holders
  • Knowledge in the following tool types: AMAT Endura, Centura WxZ, Novellus Altus, Tel Scrubber, Jusung Eureka
  • Basic engineering knowledge, which should include at least two of the following: Theory of Semiconductor Physics, Principles of Digital Electronics, Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Processing, Pump and Vacuum systems, Electrical wiring systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Clear and concise presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
