Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall cost control strategy, frameworks, and process to ensure effective financial oversight across projects and departments

  • Champion a culture of cost discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial reporting and compliance
  • Proven experience managing accounts of large and complex entities
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated desire to probe deeper into data to uncover insights that reveal underlying issues
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Experience in the offshore, marine or energy industries and accounting knowledge of long-term construction contracts are highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana and Power Query is a plus
