  • Hands-on experience with FPSO projects and offshore facilities, including EPC/EPCI scopes
  • Strong understanding of offshore substation projects, including HVAC and HVDC platforms
  • Solid knowledge of cost estimation, pricing strategies, and commercial risk management
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and consolidate technical inputs into complete proposals
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for client and partner interfacing
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills to identify and mitigate contractual and technical risks
  • Well-organized and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple tender activities concurrently
