Key Responsibilities
- Develop characterization, production, and wafer sort test programs on the Advantest 93K tester.
- Design tester hardware for high-speed testing and develop test program flows on the Advantest 93K platform.
- Create detailed documentation for test plans and methodologies to ensure product specification compliance.
- Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams during testability reviews to enhance yield and refine testing methodologies.
- Manage the conversion of test patterns from design simulation environments to ATE formats.
- Lead test flow optimization efforts, including reducing test time and improving yield through insertion/removal analysis.
- Release production test programs in collaboration with product engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of test program development experience on the Advantest 93K ATE tester platform.
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, and DFT/DFM.
- Demonstrable experience with high-speed digital testing.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment.
