Key Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and commercial partners to identify factors affecting product/feature performance and growth, refining KPIs and success metrics.
- Provide analytics support to product initiatives by creating business cases to justify actions taken or not taken.
- Collaborate with PMs and local commercial partners to explore, recommend, and drive alternative solutions end-to-end based on use cases.
- Capture detailed requirements from various stakeholders for new features, ensuring successful execution through clear documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to document, clarify, and break down processes into logical steps and communicate them effectively (written or flow charts).
- Strong problem-solving ability by breaking down complex problems into component parts.
- Capacity to communicate succinctly, with clarity and thoughtfulness.
- Ability to provide actionable feedback on UI/UX designs.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and identifying patterns to make hypothesis-driven decisions.
- Proactive self-learning through reading documentation and seeking domain experts.
- Commitment to a full-time role for a minimum of 6 months (H2 2026 intake: June - December).
