Key Responsibilities
- Deliver key value proposition to merchants, driving demand for adoption of best practices.
- Coordinate across internal teams (marketing, business development, operations) to achieve merchant expectations and maximize performance.
- Identify feedback, trends, and motivations from merchant engagements to develop internal best practices.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with merchants to ensure high campaign participation and optimization of commercial outcomes.
- Strategically grow merchant revenue with a consultative mix of channels, methods, and turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Foster and grow merchant relationships through consistent engagement and ensuring a high quality of service level with a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management.
- Preferable experience with F&B, Fashion, Home & Lifestyle groups and chains.
- Data driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and extract insights.
- Proven ability to exhibit strong awareness of consumer trends in e-commerce and ideate growth campaigns.
- Solution selling mindset focused on account growth and broadening client relationships.
- Comfortable with C-level negotiations and building relationships with top decision makers.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve workflows and drive efficiency.
