  • Proven ability to handle non-deterministic outputs from LLMs and know when a heuristic is superior.
  • Full-stack capability, spanning scalable Python agentic backends to polished Flutter frontends.
  • Proven ability to drive impact measured by business metrics (e.g., GMV uplift, user time/cost saved).
  • High ownership mentality: proactively finding data, engaging users, and shipping solutions.
  • Bias for action and a product-first mindset to succeed in a high-velocity environment.
