Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via Slack, Jira, or walk-ins.
- Log and track tickets in Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, peripherals, and user accounts for new hires, including onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.

- Manage AV components such as microphones, projectors, cameras, and sound systems.

- Support hybrid meeting tools including Zoom and Google Meet.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree, Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong interest in IT operations and AV technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, dependable, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend events when needed.
