Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via Slack, Jira, or walk-ins.
  • Log and track tickets in Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

  • Manage AV components such as microphones, projectors, cameras, and sound systems.
  • Conduct pre-event checks and post-event wrap-ups for smooth event execution.
  • Support hybrid meeting tools including Zoom and Google Meet.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree, Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in IT operations and AV technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, dependable, and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend events when needed.
