Key Responsibilities
- Setup and operate pharmaceutical production equipment including high-speed filling lines, autoclaves, washers, depyrogenation tunnels, and inspection/packaging line equipment as per SOPs and Batch Record.
- Perform formulation activities, including the dispensing of drug substances and excipients for production batches.
- Manage parts preparation, washing, and sterilization of materials used in manufacturing.
- Oversee the packaging and transfer of final products to storage (Freezer).
- Carry out cleaning and upkeep of production equipment and classified manufacturing areas.
- Maintain timely completion of batch records and logbooks adhering to GDP (Good Documentation Practice).
- Perform visual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished drug products, including in-process sampling.
- Transfer materials for batch manufacturing and provide loading/unloading of loads from equipment during production.
- Strictly follow aseptic techniques and practices for all aseptic operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 'O' Level, NITEC/ITE education or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry OR 3 to 5 years of working experience in any industry.
- Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts (12-hour shifts).
- Highly motivated to work within the pharmaceutical industry.
