Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, from supporting requisition conversion to purchase order issuance
- Aid in supplier engagement activities, including the creation and dissemination of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Support the analysis of purchase prices utilizing both Excel and specialized digital tools to identify cost efficiencies
- Contribute to supplier relationship management, assisting with supplier onboarding and performance evaluation within digital systems
- Help maintain data integrity by regularly updating supplier and other critical databases on a monthly or weekly basis
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with digital procurement tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months, preferably 5-6 months
