Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for factory automation and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation through to contract closure and post-sales handoff

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical or business field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales for industrial software solutions
- Proven track record of selling MES, ERP, or automation solutions to high-tech manufacturing clients
- Strong functional understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory floor operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites, industry conferences, and regional offices
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting
