Key Responsibilities
- Act as the regional controller for AP DX Customer Services, managing aggregated service cost structures and regional performance transparency
- Drive regional standardization of financial processes, KPIs, and reporting through the usage of latest tools and AI technologies
- Coordinate rolling forecasts and monthly performance reviews at the regional level, ensuring consistency between RHQ, Zone, and country perspectives
- Own end-to-end management cost center controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals monitoring
- Execute headcount planning and FTE cost transparency to track productivity and ensure disciplined cost development
- Partner with Service Operations to translate operational initiatives into measurable financial impact and track efficiency KPIs
- Support Service Transformation initiatives including footprint optimization, capacity improvements, and process digitalization
- Prepare and orchestrate regional performance reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and clear mitigation actions
- Ensure financial transparency, compliance, and audit readiness across AP DX CS while overseeing accruals and provisions
- Collaborate across country, zone, and global finance teams to maintain alignment with global guidelines and financial policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, specifically in business/performance controlling or complex matrix environments
- Proven experience in regional or multi-country roles within a global organization
- Strong exposure to cost center controlling, headcount management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience partnering with operations or service organizations is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, standardization, and efficiency in financial processes
- High level of systems affinity with experience in ERP, planning tools, and Business Intelligence (BI)
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region approximately 20% of the time
- MBA or Master’s degree is considered an advantage
