Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the regional controller for AP DX Customer Services, managing aggregated service cost structures and regional performance transparency

  • Ensure financial transparency, compliance, and audit readiness across AP DX CS while overseeing accruals and provisions
  • Collaborate across country, zone, and global finance teams to maintain alignment with global guidelines and financial policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, specifically in business/performance controlling or complex matrix environments
  • Proven experience in regional or multi-country roles within a global organization
  • Strong exposure to cost center controlling, headcount management, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Experience partnering with operations or service organizations is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, standardization, and efficiency in financial processes
  • High level of systems affinity with experience in ERP, planning tools, and Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region approximately 20% of the time
  • MBA or Master’s degree is considered an advantage
