Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or retail analytics
- Proven experience managing product assortments and promotions on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey analysis
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital asset management systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies
- Experience with SEO principles as they apply to product discovery and category pages
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and online shopping trends
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
- Prior experience in consumer electronics, fashion, or home goods retail is preferred
