Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement thermal control solutions for IC test equipment.
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing and testing processes for products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in test hardware.
- Strong background in Thermal Control or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Proven experience in the design, development, and installation of thermal control components for IC test equipment.
- Strong knowledge of physics, mathematics, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team environment across global sites (US, Asia).
- Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
