Key Responsibilities

Support the development of work breakdown structures and cost breakdowns in alignment with project scopes

Engage with vendors and subcontractors to collect quotations, clarify scope, and verify pricing data
Assist in the preparation of detailed cost summaries and comparative pricing reports

Assist in reviewing contractual and commercial sections of tender documents to identify key cost implications and compliance requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in cost estimating, quantity surveying, or project support in a marine and/or offshore environment
Familiarity with ship repair, offshore platform fabrication, or rig repair processes is preferred
Basic ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
Detail-oriented with good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
