Key Responsibilities

  • Support SEA financial reporting and analysis by managing operational cadences for business reviews and submissions.
  • Build and maintain templates to facilitate efficient planning, reconciliation, and reviews of revenue, bookings, and opex.
  • Participate in strategic plan (STRAP), annual operating plan (AOP), and monthly/quarterly forecasting, business reviews, and reporting processes.
  • Calculate and support monthly Sales Commission accrual and quarterly payout for the commercial team.
  • Serve as a business partner to the commercial team by tracking and analyzing monthly forecasts versus actuals for headcount, operating expenses, backlog, bookings, and revenue.
  • Provide financial insights to the commercial team during STRAP, MBR, and AOP cycles.
  • Analyze Salesforce.com (SFDC) funnels to support forecast roll-ups, assess opportunity pipeline, and review win-loss ratios.
  • Communicate key risks and opportunities, identifying corrective actions to help meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Manage pricing analysis, identifying drivers for price erosion and recommending actions to improve price realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of financial planning & analysis experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization, OR Advanced Degree with no prior experience.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and applied knowledge of PowerQuery.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to summarize and present information concisely.
  • High attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
  • Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
