Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Science/Pharmaceutical/Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing people within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in aseptic processing is a plus.
- For Diploma candidates, at least 6 years' experience in managing people is required.
- Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements in Biologics/Pharmaceutical plants.
- Strong process understanding and a continuous improvement approach.
