Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing people within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in aseptic processing is a plus.
  • For Diploma candidates, at least 6 years' experience in managing people is required.
  • Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements in Biologics/Pharmaceutical plants.
  • Strong process understanding and a continuous improvement approach.
