Key Responsibilities
- Provide and execute professional HR services, coordinating administration for onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Manage payroll processes for Neste across the region (excluding India).
- Deliver daily end-to-end operational HR activities for APAC in alignment with business needs and efficiency.
- Perform data entry into the Hugo HRIS system.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration processes.
- Conduct yearly reviews of service level agreements with key HR vendors and propose improvements in consultation with the Singapore HR Specialist.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relevant HR functions.
- Proven background providing operational support and ground-work advice within an HR capacity.
- Ability to harmonize work processes in alignment with APAC strategic initiatives.
- Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) qualification is preferred.
- Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset.
