Key Responsibilities
- Ensure rotating equipment and systems (e.g., pumps, compressors, agitators, fans) are installed and maintained per accepted engineering practices and relevant codes.
- Collaborate with internal (Operations/Technical) and external stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance and reliability activities for rotating equipment.
- Partner with the Rotating Engineer on establishing and implementing predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and participate in all refinery safety programs.
- Contribute to the site Reliability Strategy, developing Maintenance and Reliability work processes.
- Initiate and raise Management of Change (MOC) for proposed equipment improvements.
- Provide 2nd line troubleshooting support for rotating equipment alongside the Maintenance team.
Requirements
- Essential prior experience in Turnarounds (TAs) and maintenance execution.
- Proficiency in Vibration Analysis.
- Proficiency in Lube Oil Analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Rotating Equipment petrochemical standards, including ASME and API.
- Demonstrates a responsible attitude and a strong safety-oriented mindset.
