Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Project Portfolio controller, ensuring data accuracy in SAP and consistent adherence to approval processes and governance.
Facilitate the handover of data, documents, and information from projects and MOCs initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement regarding SAP MDG and document management systems in collaboration with global stakeholders.
Support Asset Development and Portfolio Manager in portfolio prioritization and maintaining the site project portfolio within SAP (PPM and PS).
Coordinate monthly site investment jury and portfolio review meetings.
Lead the initiation of projects, formal release of WBS, and tracking of budget, schedule, and resource consumption.
Liaise with the finance team to ensure accuracy in project spending and forecasting.
Develop and monitor key Project Portfolio KPIs reported on a monthly basis.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in the Process Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management.
Diploma, Degree, or Master's in Engineering, Science, or Information Technology.
Proven experience leading teams managing life-cycle documents and SAP Master Data.
Experience with Project Portfolio management within SAP (PPM and PS).
Ability to ensure project adherence to Neste Investment Governance from idea creation to completion.
