Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with commercial, finance, and operational teams to learn the business and develop deep understanding of business requirements and way of working
- Utilize and enhance existing data architecture and infrastructure to build scalable solutions to meet a multitude of business needs
- Conduct analytics including business performance analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, sales pipeline analysis and other digital analytics
- Build standard reports to provide visibility to leadership with objective data points to enable data driven decisions.
- Lead and prioritize projects, coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver project results
- Drive continuous improvement and reengineering of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise data warehouse solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to align data strategies with organizational goals
- Familiarity with sales performance, pipeline management, financial forecasting processes a plus
- Excitement to deeply engage and learn about the business via cross functional collaboration
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Travel up to 20% as required
