Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition programs and campaigns aligned with industry best practices.
  • Develop, update, and implement relevant recruitment policies and procedures in compliance with local and corporate principles and legislation.
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment processes.
  • Conduct resourcing analytics and reporting to enhance business operational effectiveness and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of human resources management experience in both manufacturing and commercial environments.
  • Degree in HR Management, Business, or equivalent qualification.
  • Solid experience in talent acquisition for diverse roles and business areas.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
  • Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with managers and Business HR across various levels of the organization.
  • Development and solution-oriented mindset, capable of performing well under pressure.
