Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition programs and campaigns aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop, update, and implement relevant recruitment policies and procedures in compliance with local and corporate principles and legislation.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment processes.
- Conduct resourcing analytics and reporting to enhance business operational effectiveness and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of human resources management experience in both manufacturing and commercial environments.
- Degree in HR Management, Business, or equivalent qualification.
- Solid experience in talent acquisition for diverse roles and business areas.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong sourcing capabilities using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
- Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with managers and Business HR across various levels of the organization.
- Development and solution-oriented mindset, capable of performing well under pressure.
