Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations processes in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.
  • Plan and deploy core operational activities, new projects, and ad-hoc tasks.

  • Authorize and maintain written procedures and related documentation, including revisions and amendments.

  • Ensure sufficient manpower, resources, and flexibility to support daily operations and volume fluctuations.
  • Drive safety, efficiency, productivity, on-time delivery (OTD), and quality performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Support Operations Manager and General Manager in task delegation and operational alignment.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate material movement.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations, preferably in a clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or controlled temperature environment.
  • At least 1 year of people management or supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP, EH&S, and quality systems.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
