Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations processes in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.
- Plan and deploy core operational activities, new projects, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EH&S standards, and international trade regulations.
- Authorize and maintain written procedures and related documentation, including revisions and amendments.
- Ensure approved instructions related to operations are clearly communicated and strictly implemented.
- Raise and investigate non-conformances/deviations in Global TrackWise and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure sufficient manpower, resources, and flexibility to support daily operations and volume fluctuations.
- Drive safety, efficiency, productivity, on-time delivery (OTD), and quality performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Support Operations Manager and General Manager in task delegation and operational alignment.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate material movement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations, preferably in a clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or controlled temperature environment.
- At least 1 year of people management or supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, EH&S, and quality systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
