Key Responsibilities
- Receive training on spatial genomics sample preparation, library preparation, and ultra-high throughput NGS sequencing workflows.
- Collaborate with Research Scientists on assay development in spatial genomics and single-cell technologies.
- Perform sample QC, prepare sequencing libraries, and execute ultra-high throughput sequencing according to SOP for operational projects.
- Analyze sequencing data and report findings in a timely manner.
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining proper documentation for all laboratory processes.
- Interact with bioinformaticians to evaluate bioinformatics output.
- Maintain lab equipment and documentation according to quality requirements.
- Supervise and train junior staff as needed.
Requirements
