Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end HR support for SEA countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, employee relations, and processes.
  • Support performance management cycles, promotions, confirmations, and employee movements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract renewals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SEA roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and develop sourcing strategies for diverse talent pools.
  • Support regional HR initiatives such as policy rollouts, HR system implementation, and process improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards on hiring, headcount, and attrition for regional leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with hands-on recruitment exposure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEA labor laws and HR practices (depth in 1–2 countries).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different countries.
  • Strong recruitment, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
