Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance activities for a HKEX listed company, including preparing and reviewing HKEX announcements, circulars, investor presentations, and transaction disclosures.
- Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of corporate development initiatives such as M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, and licensing arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate transaction documentation and approval materials (e.g., investment memorandums, term sheets, JV agreements) for management and Board consideration.
- Coordinate with external advisers including investment banks, lawyers, auditors, and valuers on transaction matters.
- Maintain transaction trackers, internal approvals documentation, and records for audit and governance purposes.
- Undertake ad-hoc strategic and analytical projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, audit, or strategy consulting.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines concurrently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with internal and external parties.
