Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for manufacturing and engineering departments

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational optimizations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Deep understanding of cost accounting principles and GAAP
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or CPA certification preferred
