Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with commercial, finance, and operational teams to understand business requirements and ways of working
- Utilize and enhance existing data architecture and infrastructure to build scalable solutions meeting diverse business needs
- Conduct in-depth analytics including business performance analysis, risk/opportunity analysis, and sales pipeline analysis
- Build standard reports providing leadership visibility with objective data points to enable data-driven decisions
- Lead and prioritize projects, coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and reengineering of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience, or Advanced degree plus 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong business acumen to align data strategies with organizational goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
