Key Responsibilities

Debug and characterize new product performance of digital/analog circuits.

Collaborate with design and DFT/DFM groups to enhance yield and test methodology.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years in semiconductor product engineering experience.
Good background in ATE testing (critical skill).
Proficiency in test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and detail orientation.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
