Key Responsibilities
- Debug and characterize new product performance of digital/analog circuits.
- Develop creative solutions using volume data analysis and test lab experimentation to resolve challenging yield and test problems.
- Lead optimization and continuous improvement of production test screen spec definition processes to meet yield, Quality, test time, and DPPM targets.
- Support RMA testing, customer facing, and QnR teams during escalations to identify and fix coverage gaps.
- Define yield and manufacturing specifications for various test insertions (Wafer Sort, Final Test, SLT).
- Lead test flow optimization efforts, including test time reduction and insertion removals.
- Collaborate with design and DFT/DFM groups to enhance yield and test methodology.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in semiconductor product engineering experience.
- Good background in ATE testing (critical skill).
- Proficiency in test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and detail orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
