Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and execute operations-related events, including Turnarounds (TA), Major Unit Shut-Downs (SD), and major maintenance activities.
Serve as a backup Event team member for Turnarounds and Unit Shut-downs.
Monitor TA/SD execution, instruct shift teams accordingly, and report on progress.
Act as the liaison between Operations and 3rd parties/suppliers regarding operational support for assigned Turnarounds and Shut-downs.
Optimize the Shut-down & Start-up Schedule within Operations scope.
Create new NMS to optimize Turnaround & Shut Down procedures.
Review Shift Team Operations Shut Down Instructions to ensure all scope items are covered.
Communicate and train shift teams regarding upcoming events.
Work closely with all Internal & External stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Proven track record equivalent to the required education and experience.
Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent technical decisions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and HSE teams.
