Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical and applications support for single-use bioprocessing equipment and workflows to customers.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support pre- and post-sales activities, driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Deliver technical seminars, webinars, product demonstrations, and customer training on upstream bioprocessing and single-use technologies.
  • Serve as a technical authority on cell line development, media development services, process scale-up, and workflow optimization.
  • Lead on-site customer engagements (GEMBA activities) to assess workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve technical challenges.
  • Support customer troubleshooting, quality investigations, and the development of test protocols for process validation.
  • Act as the Voice of Customer, providing feedback on product performance and quality to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Advanced tertiary qualification (Master’s degree or higher) in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant upstream bioprocessing experience gained within GMP manufacturing environments and/or MSAT or process development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and serve as a key interface between customers, sales, product management, and quality organizations.
  • Ability to work independently in controlled laboratory and manufacturing environments using required PPE.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% within Southeast Asia (SEA).
