Key Responsibilities
- Implement, manage and continuously improve talent management frameworks, processes and tools e.g. annual talent review cycles, succession planning, and development planning for key roles.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.
- Maintain and administer talent profiles, succession plans and development actions in Workday (or similar systems).
- Develop structured learning journeys that blend classroom, digital, social and on-the-job learning.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness using data and feedback and continuously improve learning design.
- Plan, organise and run large-scale TMTD events of up to 1,000 participants in auditorium / conference setups (e.g. Learning Conferences, Staff Conferences, Leadership Forums).
- Lead end-to-end event management, including programme design, speaker management, run sheets, logistics and participant engagement.
- Analyse talent and learning data using Excel (including Power Query) and Power BI.
- Generate and present dashboards, reports and insights to support talent decisions, prioritisation and workforce planning.
- Champion the use of HR technologies, including Workday and other talent platforms.
- Explore and use AI tools, RPA and other digital solutions to streamline TMTD processes (e.g. automation of reports, communications, registrations, surveys).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- HR-related certifications (e.g. talent management, learning & development, coaching) will be an advantage.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or related HR fields, preferably experienced in global roles.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing TMTD frameworks, programmes and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in organising and running large-scale TMTD or HR events (up to 1,000 participants), preferably in auditorium or conference settings.
- Experience using Workday for Talent Management (e.g. talent profiles, succession planning, performance, development plans) is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including Power Query for data transformation and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI for building dashboards and visual analytics.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable experimenting with AI tools, RPA and other digital solutions to improve HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to write HR articles, concept notes, and internal communications in a clear, engaging and professional style.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to run multiple initiatives and events in parallel.
- Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical and data-driven, with attention to detail and a focus on impact.
- Creative, curious and open to trying new approaches, tools and formats in TMTD and learning.
