  • Strong analytical skills with proven data-driven decision making capabilities.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed tactical execution.
  • Understanding of iterative software development processes (SCRUM).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project management skills to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.
