Key Responsibilities
- Perform simple inventory tracking procedures including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory management, transport, and check-out of samples.
- Execute administrative tasks in support of daily laboratory operations within the Sample Management department.
- Train on and follow SOPs, applicable client procedures, and regulatory guidelines for sample handling and storage.
- Communicate the status of assigned tasks clearly to supervisors and relevant laboratory staff.
- Perform daily work assignments accurately, timely, and in a safe manner.
- Support response to environmental unit alarms and may participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain detailed tracking and documentation accurately according to SOPs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven time management skills.
- Able to lift and move objects weighing 15 to 40 pounds.
