Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience, or Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or related regulated industry.
- Demonstrated P&L management experience with a track record of strong financial results.
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
- Proven experience leading successful regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Strong strategic planning, execution capabilities, and business acumen.
- Proven experience managing complex operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience in technology transfer and new product introduction is required.
- Strong ability to implement change, support innovation, and manage stakeholders successfully.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with up to 30% travel including international.
