Key Responsibilities

  • Promotional Distribution analyses for titles, catalog, on-service activations and the effectiveness of merchandising strategies in the APAC markets.
  • Partnering with local Product Merchandising Leads and Market leaders to plan and measure local activations for priority titles and Netflix's regional catalog.
  • Working with the Global Performance team to support efforts to standardize distribution performance reporting, helping identify cross-region best practices to enhance scalability and consistency in analytics.
  • Collaborating with the Global Performance team to evolve self-serve Merchandising dashboards/tools.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and a primary point of contact for promotional data in the APAC markets, supporting local Product Merchandising teams.
  • Supporting as a connector and liaison across different regions and the core team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in analytical and insight roles
  • Technical expertise in experimentation (AB tests), writing and reading queries (SQL) and metrics understanding
  • Demonstrated experience with storytelling skills, especially with data analysis (visual slides, memos, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to influence without authority
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently
  • Experience and knowledge with various APAC markets, understanding the nuances and differences between them
  • Genuine interest and curiosity in Netflix's business, product, content, and the entertainment industry
