Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy targeting global advertisers hubbed out of APAC, with a focus on China export business
  • Client and Agency Development: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key agencies, resellers, and advertisers to secure partnerships and drive revenue
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations
  • Market Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform product/packaging innovation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Experience working with Chinese export advertisers and agencies, especially on brand marketing, is highly desirable
  • Experience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic is a plus
  • Established network and extensive experience working with agencies/resellers for the Chinese export market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin language skills for business communication, and proficiency in English required for cross-functional collaboration in a regional and global setup
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high standards
