Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and applications.
- Strong application/technical support experience across food, environmental, pharma, or academic sectors.
- Proven involvement in pre-sales activities (presentations, system configuration, proposals, tenders).
- Hands-on expertise in instrument demos, sample analysis, method development, and validation.
- Experience in customer training, field support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve instrument/analytical issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of LC-MS/MS technologies, workflows, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional/commercial teams.
- Willingness to travel (25–50%).
