Key Responsibilities

- Act as the local administrator for Neste Continuous Improvement Reporting System, managing and analyzing data from unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, and audit findings.
- Review the quarterly Legal Register concerning Health, Safety, Environmental legal requirements and ISO Standards, interpreting requirements with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven ability to translate high-level management systems (like Neste OEMS) into local operational IMS.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Experience leading or contributing to IMS implementation and maintenance in a refinery/industrial setting.
- Ability to manage compliance documentation frameworks throughout certification periods.
- Excellent collaboration skills with local site personnel and corporate teams (e.g., in Finland).
- Proficiency in managing audit processes from preparation through closure.
- Strong analytical skills to trend data and derive actionable insights from safety reports.
