Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Performance Management Support the management of Floor Care Category P&L, tracking results against budget /forecast Deliver clear financial analysis and insights to support decision‑making by Category and Finance leadership Prepare, analyse and report financial and non‑financial performance measures in line with established frameworks.

Requirements

- Experienced in financial reporting, forecasting, and full P&L performance analyis.
- Previous experience working in cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development.
