Key Responsibilities

  • Perform shift duties to support production schedules.

  • Assist Engineers with troubleshooting and improvement projects.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance equipment stability and performance.
  • Assist new colleagues during On-the-Job-Training (OJT) as a buddy.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of PM results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting.
  • Secondary education with equipment troubleshooting experience OR High school diploma/equivalent.
  • Hands-on and strong technical competencies in equipment maintenance.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to be a strong team player.
