Key Responsibilities
- Perform shift duties to support production schedules.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and specifications.
- Provide equipment support to sustain production operations with minimal downtime.
- Assist Engineers in carrying out engineering evaluations, experiments, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all work adheres to ISO 13485:2003 and 21- CFR – 820 requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in production and maintenance areas.
- Assist Engineers with troubleshooting and improvement projects.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance equipment stability and performance.
- Assist new colleagues during On-the-Job-Training (OJT) as a buddy.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of PM results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting.
- Secondary education with equipment troubleshooting experience OR High school diploma/equivalent.
- Hands-on and strong technical competencies in equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to be a strong team player.
